Ad veteran joins Arbitron board
Former ad agency and General Motors marketing executive Philip Guarascio joins Arbitron's board of directors as non-executive chairman, succeeding former CEO Steve Morris. Current CEO Michael Skarzynski says Arbitron will rely on Guarascio's guidance as they develop new multimedia products.
